Inglewood Elementary School

As a replacement facility for the existing Inglewood Elementary School, this new 600-student facility houses Kindergarten through 5th grade.  The building was programmed closely with the faculty and a design charrette session was held with the first grade students. A student’s sketch from this session was utilized as the inspiration for the icon entry piece of the school known as the ‘Eddie’s tower’ which also serves as the story telling room in the media center.
