The replacement campus for TCAT McMinnville will entail the building of a new 66,000 sf facility on the site around the existing facilities. The campus is comprised of one building containing academic and shop spaces. The eastern and western single-story wings will house automotive technology, HVACR, industrial electricity, industrial maintenance, machine tool, welding technology, building construction technology and power pole technology. Academic spaces will be contained in a central two-story building. This new campus is designed to modernize and enhance the learning environment while supporting Tennessee College of Applied Technology’s continued mission of workforce development and technical education.
