Church of the City has undertaken a masterplan for its 45-acre Franklin campus to better support its growing congregation and expand community outreach. The Village, a new collection of community resource buildings and exterior courtyards, will provide spaces for a retail boutique, food and resource distribution center, café, indoor playscape, offices, classrooms, and a multipurpose event center. With a focus on serving children in foster care, foster families, single parents, mental health and wellness education, and partnerships with local missional organizations, the project both strengthens the church’s ministries and reimagines its prominent site as a visible expression of its mission within the City of Franklin.
